- Working with our friends at Connect Property North East, we have agreed a new lease of 4.5 acres at Normanby Wharf, Dockside Road. Middlesbrough to I T Fleet Automotive.
Normanby Wharf - Acting on behalf of our clients, Sterling Capitol, we are promoting major logistics sites adjacent to the A1M at Faverdale in Darlington and Birtley in Gateshead
- We are marketing a portfolio of four Northern local shopping centres, which have attracted considerable interest, and we hope to conclude a sale shortly
