Well Spring has well and truly sprung here at Cattco as we enter our sixth year of dealing! In Redcar we successfully negotiated the surrender of the former Beales Department store following a successful temporary let to a fashion Outlet store and B&M are now set to relocate, thus breathing new life into the town centre.
Our clients’ development plans in Bridlington, Middleton St George and Hart are progressing well and we hope to see “Tonka Toys” on all three sites soon.
However we are still looking to fulfil our industrial requirement for Birmingham, where we are looking for a 30,000 sq ft light industrial building on a secure site of 1.5 – 2 acres that needs to be as close as possible to M5 junctions 1-3.
