It may have been an average summer Meteorogically speaking but we have been steaming ahead with business at Cattco HQ! After three years of advising Private Clients in partnership with Theakston Land we have finally secured planning consent for 400 houses at Flatts Lane, Normanby and are similarly advising other clients in partnership with the Home Group for a 30 unit residential scheme in County Durham.
We have also successfully completed the sale of land at Yarm Road Interchange Darlington, in conjunction with our good friends at Connect Property North East, on behalf of CDP Ltd to RMB Motor Group for the construction of two motor dealerships.
