Well we were off to a flying start here at Cattco when we acted jointly with Smart4 in the sale of the former B&Q Warehouse on North Road Darlington to The Store Room.

With the year already a quarter of the way through and the prospect of the Pandemic being brought under control we are very excited here at Cattco about the opportunities that lie ahead.

Despite the serious and on-going nature of the current pandemic here at Cattco we have not been idle so far this winter!

Notwithstanding the damaging effects of COVID 19 the Cattco team have been busy these past few months completing several diverse property transactions

Well the Summer has flown by but here at Cattco we have been busy progressing a selection of development deals on behalf of retained clients across the retail, industrial and residential sectors with some important Planning decisions expected shortly!
