We were pleased to see the opening of Heron’s new store in Redcar which we let to them on behalf of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council as well as the one we acquired for them in Norton, Stockton upon Tees, and we are also pleased to see that Priority Space are in for planning for a new Business Village at Yarm Road Interchange, Darlington where we sold them part of the last remaining land of CDP’s mixed-use Development . Things are moving forward in Bridlington where our clients Fintry Estates are progressing their planning application for a 45.000 sq ft Retail scheme adjoining the Railway Station and we are currently advising on several residential and mixed-use schemes elsewhere in the North.
